In our laser cutting shop we cut sheet metal and plates on a CNC fibre laser, following your drawings or sketches.
The fibre laser cutter
A fibre laser focuses light onto a very small spot and melts or vaporises the metal along the cut line. The cutting head follows the path of the drawing under CNC control, and an assist gas blows the melt out of the kerf.
The result is a narrow kerf, smooth burr-free edges, a small heat-affected zone and the same dimensions part after part. With no tool wear, quality stays the same for one-offs and series alike.

From drawing to part
Bending, welding and powder coating happen in the same shop as cutting, so your part is finished in one place.

Drawing or sketch
Send a DXF / 3D drawing or a dimensioned sketch; we can draw it up if needed.

Material and nesting
We agree on material and thickness and nest the parts to keep offcuts low.

Laser cutting
Parts are cut to size with clean edges on the CNC fibre laser.

Bending, welding, coating
Press brake bending, welding and powder coating are added as required.

Inspection and delivery
After a dimensional check the parts are packed and delivered.

Which file formats do you work with?
We work with DXF and 3D drawing files. If you only have a dimensioned sketch, we draw it up for you.
Which metals do you cut?
We cut mild steel, stainless steel, galvanised sheet, aluminium, copper and brass.
Will the cut edges have burrs?
A fibre laser leaves a narrow kerf and a smooth, burr-free edge, with a small heat-affected zone.
Can you bend and coat the cut parts too?
