Press Brake Bending
On our Dener Puma XL CNC press brake we bend sheet parts to the angle and size you need, with the same quality across a series.
Accurate, fast and economical bending

Accurate, repeatable bends
A CNC-controlled synchronised hydraulic system gives the same angle and size from the first part to the last.
Rigid frame
A stress-relieved frame holds its accuracy under load.
Room for big parts
A deep throat and wide opening make large and box-shaped parts easy to bend.
Fast cycles
Strong, quiet hydraulics keep each bending cycle short.
Quick set-ups
Fast tool changes and set-ups keep small batches economical.
Lower cost per part
Less scrap and repeatable results bring the cost per bend down.
Dener Puma XL CNC press brake
We bend on a Dener Puma XL series CNC press brake. Its control lets us define the part graphically and plan the bend sequence automatically, which cuts set-up time on parts with many bends.
- Programs from your drawing: your 3D or DXF file goes to the machine, which works out the bend order and the right tooling.
- Simulated first: the bending is tried out in 3D on screen before production, so collisions show up early.
- Stored tools and corrections: tooling data and angle corrections stay in memory, so repeat orders come out the same.
- Little downtime: even complex parts go into production without the machine standing idle for long.

Press brake bending questions
Quick quote
Send your drawing by e-mail or WhatsApp and we will come back quickly with material, quantity and lead time.
Which file should I send for bending?
Send your 3D or DXF drawing. The file goes to the machine, which works out the bend order and the right tooling.
Can I see the part before it is bent?
The bending is simulated in 3D on screen before production, so collisions show up early, and we share the 3D drawing of the part with you before we make it.
Will repeat orders come out the same?
Yes. Tooling data and angle corrections stay in the machine's memory, so repeat orders come out the same.
Do you bend small batches too?
Yes. Fast tool changes and set-ups keep small batches economical.
